The Packers Hate Favre

That is the only logical conclusion after hearing that the Packers have an interest in Keyshawn Johnson. Actually, that wouldn't be a horrible move, all things considering. Johnson is probably a better option than Randy Moss at this point in their careers. Keyshawn is an a-hole, but the dude had a solid 2006 season and he didn't quit on his team. Maybe the most impressive thing about Johnson is his ability to block. That is something Moss has never really shown an appetite for.

There were some early reports that Keyshawn denied the Packers, but you can never say never in this league. If the Packers really want to keep Favre happy, they would make this move.

And all of this means a new Last and Ten.

FIVE to go.

It will be nice when Favre is the greatest of all time. Throwing more picks than anyone in history will cement his legacy.

Fun Favre Fact of the day: Only one player has caught a Brett Favre pass in both college and NFL play. The passes were interceptions, caught by cornerback Deion Sanders.

I should be the HOF QB who begins and ends his career with the Falcons, and not him.

Hey Sunny boy, quit flapping those pretty gums and put 'em back to work. I need extra service now that I don't have a job.

For the Favre Last and Ten, number 9 should have been number 1. Nice work.

Ok, you also fail to mention that Favre has been to 2 SBs, he's won 1. He's won the MVP award 3 times. He's a legend and a hero to many. NOt to mention the personal issues and family losses and hardships he's endured and conquered. He's a first ballot hall of famer and will own every major passing record by the end of this season.

Does this not warrant one to be cut a little slack?!

For god's sake the man is in his upper 30s and is coming into camp in better shape than most of the young guys. He may only be a middle of the road QB with a victory-thirsty heart and rocket arm but considering his age he is still great.

I'm a little surprised not to see Irvin Favre in that top ten list. Been just over a year since we snarked 'bout Favre's dad like we useta'!

Actually, it was "Members of Favre's family are dropping like supporting members of a Rocky flick."

Been done.
