Rivers Goes Off on Patriots

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers had a few things to say to the Chargers after Sunday’s game.

hahahaha, wow. i actually think less of rivers now for that. he sounds like he is ready to cry. 'sorriest corner in the league!' hahaha. and how does rivers know how to act like you've been there before? he's never been there himself. who knows, maybe he'll be jumping up and down when that time comes (and i hope it does, the chargers are a good team). but, what the fuck? sour, sour grapes from the chargers and their newscasters.

maybe rivers should tell his teammates to act like they've seen playing time before after all those personal foul calls that killed them. hahaha.

'somebody pay attention to me! i matter! we just lost and i want to be heard by demeaning an opposing player to try and cover up my lack of time management in the two minute drill!' that's pretty much what he sounded like.

"sorriest corner in the league"? Who the hell uses the word "sorriest"? Agree with teddy c, he sounds like a douche.

Every time I read or hear someone trying to defend Tomlinson's comments I feel like I am in a Twilight Zone episode. He just sounds so bad trying to explain himself over and over. Just stop talking. I wish someone in the San Diego press had the balls to point out to Tomlinson how "classy" Merriman was in the week leading up to the game and how "classy" the Bolts were after beating the Pats last year. Get the Bish out retirement, he and his fake hair are the only two people that could handle such a task.

whoah, hold the phone a second here. i was just at youtube checking to see if that put that video up yet, and i saw a video of a fucking pep rally the chargers held before the game.

now, its fine for the chargers to rile up a crowd by demeaning and mocking their opposing team before the game but its classless for the opposing team to do it after they win? pfffttt.

and who the hell has a pep rally before the game in the pros? "act like you've been there before." hahaha.

That's David. I'm going to make the switch.

I agree with Teddy C. I'm really more disappointed by how the Chargers acted during the game as opposed to their losing.

Teddy,

There was another pep rally held at the House of Blues on Friday before the game. The crowd just kept yelling, "Tom Brady Sucks" over and over. At least they didn't make a Super Bowl Shuffle video.
